Vicky Walz is currently the Senior Career Coach at Hemphill Search Group in Omaha. Prior to her current role, her career included 25 years with a $3 billion global business process outsourcing the company where she served at the vice president level for 15 years. During her career, she led high performance teams in Operations and Client Services, interfacing with Fortune 500 clients. She had more than 2,000 employees in her direct global organization, across three countries. She also started a small consulting company three years ago that is still active.

Vicky has been published in multiple trade publications, and has also had national speaking engagements regarding talent management. In addition, she served as a two-year chairperson of a Global Women’s Network with more than 600 management women members across eight countries.
