Women enrolled in Nebraska high school choral programs are invited to participate in the Nebraska Women’s Choral Festival to be held Tuesday, April 9th, here on the UNL City Campus. This will be a wonderful opportunity for the women of Nebraska choral organizations to gather to celebrate the beauty of treble voices and the wonderful literature available for women’s voices. The Women’s Choir Festival will bring together young women’s choirs from around the area for a daylong workshop to enhance their skills with UNL choir faculty. The Festival will be on Tuesday, Apr 9, all day, in Kimball Recital Hall. The Festival will conclude with a concert at 7:00 pm in Kimball Recital Hall and feature the participants from the workshop.
