Trumpet Artist Darryl White, pianist Cristina Vlad and Mannheim Steamroller guitarist Ron Cooley have collaborated to present an eclectic display of composers and styles. On Thursday, October 3rd, the repertoire will feature the music from England, Spain, Russia, Brazil, and the U.S. The performance will feature such composers as Sergei Rachmaninov, Heitor Villa-Lobos and Rodion Schtschedrin. The recital will also include an original composition performed and arranged by Dr. White on his most recent CD, Resonance, performed with ECM recording artist/pianist Art Lande.
