The UNL Percussion Ensemble under the direction of Dave Hall and Tony Falcone will present a mix of music for large and small percussive forces on their fall concert. The group will perform Paul Lansky’s new classic for percussion quartet “Threads” and senior Adam Schweitzer will be featured as a soloist on Ben Wahlund’s “Pegasus.” The concert will also feature one of Hall’s own compositions “Pyroclastic Steam,” a work originally commissioned for performance at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention.
