An East Campus Chilled Water Outage is planned to occur Monday, December 19 - Friday, December 23, 2011. These dates were selected to coincide with a low level of student activity on the campus. The outage is necessary to perform maintenance at the East Campus Utility Plant that is not possible during normal operations.
During this Chilled Water Outage, there will be no chilled water for equipment cooling or air-conditioning. Building air-conditioning will continue to be provided using cold outside air. If warm days occur during this outage, interior building temperatures may be elevated.
