Ease your mid-semester blues away. Listen to soothing music, meditate, play with water gel beads or relax with a midday yoga session led by Taeko Hayatsu (RSVP required, see below). Early attendees will be able to fill a small keepsake bottle with the colorful beads! Keep up with your self-care goals this semester and join us for Stress Relief Day.

Taeko Hayatsu trained in yoga studies in Japan, completing over 300 hours of studies before moving to America. Yoga will take place from 12(noon) to 1 p.m., and all University students and faculty members are welcome. Participants will need to sign a waiver form on day of event.
