Investigate the close relationship between social systems and the values, traditions, and politics surrounding food. In conjunction with the university’s MLK Week activities, Sheldon, the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center, and OASIS will host an interactive conversation in the galleries highlighting how artists have brought together issues of justice, equality, and the things we eat.
