This is a free film screening of “The Wound,” which was South Africa’s official entry to the 2018 Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. It is a powerful and controversial film by South African director, John Trengove, and screenwriters, Thando Mgqolozana and Malusi Bengu.
