Dawn Luebbe is a UNL alum who is coming home to share her work. Luebbe and Jocelyn DeBoer co-directed the film, “Greener Grass,” and will be sharing clips of their movie and their filmmaking journey with us at this IGNITE!

Dawn Luebbe grew up in Lincoln and attended Southeast High School. She acted in many productions at Southeast, Lincoln Community Playhouse, and Pinewood Bowl. She is now an LA-based writer, director, and actor. Dawn got her start as a stage actor in New York, where she performed in off-Broadway shows for nearly a decade.

Jocelyn DeBoer is an award-winning actor who got her start improvising at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre where she has been a weekly performer for nearly a decade. She received the Rising Star Award at the 37th Starz Denver Film Festival for her supporting role in the film Five to Seven. Her TV credits include “Inside Amy Schumer,” “Adam Ruins Everything,” “Ghost Story Club,” “The Pete Holmes Show,” and “Comedy Bang! Bang!”
