Growing your team as a small business owner is complicated. From determining where to hire help, to writing a job description, to interviewing, it’s already overwhelming and time-consuming. Learn the ins and outs of hiring both employees and contractors and get your HR questions answered.
Emily Moore will share her experiences and processes in hiring, maintaining, and parting ways with some of more than 30 employees in her close to 20 years with ISoft Data Systems, a local software company. Emily is joined by Stephanie Vanous of Zellehr, an HR management firm here in Lincoln.
Lunch will be provided.
