Do you have a difficult coworker, family member, classmate or roommate? Resolve conflicts by leveraging our conflict management best practices and strategies.
Regardless of what your personal conflict management style is (Owl, Turtle, Shark, Teddy Bear, Fox), we will help you learn how to build stronger relationships with these difficult individuals in a way that fits you.
