Printmaker Noel W. Anderson received his master of fine arts degree in printmaking from Indiana University and an MFA from Yale University in sculpture. He is currently the area head of printmaking in NYU’s Steinhardt Department of Art and Art Professions. Anderson utilizes print-media, arts-based-research, and philosophical inquiry as frameworks to investigate mediated productions of black masculinities.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln School of Art, Art History & Design’s Hixson-Lied Visiting Artist & Scholar Lecture Series brings notable artists, scholars and designers to Nebraska each semester to enhance the education of students.

The lecture is free and open to the public. Access it at: https://unl.zoom.us/j/97084898481
