When you feel that something’s up with a classmate, friend or loved one – there’s something going on in their life or you notice a change in what they’re doing or saying – it’s time to trust your gut instinct and ask them how they’re doing.
Visit with Well-being Ambassadors to learn how you can support your peers, test your knowledge on the available mental health resources UNL offers, and decrease the stigma around help-seeking. Snap a picture with the friendly frog while you’re at it!
All participants will walk away with informational resources, fun stickers, and have a chance to win a Big Red Resilience and Well-being swag-bag.
