U.S. National Women’s Health and Fitness Day is celebrated every year on the last Wednesday of September, falling on September 27 this year. It’s a special day to promote the importance of health awareness and fitness for all women.
Join us for a small group personal training session in the CREC Strength Training & Conditioning Room. Groups will have a maximum capacity of 5 individuals.
These 50-minute, full-body workouts are with a personal trainer and four friends. These sessions are for individuals of any experience level and are a great way to try new exercises or bring someone new to the gym.
