To help faculty prepare for these upcoming deadlines, the Office of Research and Economic Development will host an open office hour on Feb. 15 from 10-11 a.m., via Zoom. Rick Bevins, associate vice chancellor for research, and Nathan Meier, assistant vice chancellor for research development, will be available to answer questions about the NOIs and proposal requirements. ORED also is seeking faculty volunteers to serve as peer reviewers of planning grant proposals submitted in 2024. Reviewers are needed from every discipline and all faculty ranks. April 12 is the deadline for volunteering to serve as a reviewer.
