Save these dates for the Nebraska 4-H Spring Conference to be held in Lincoln. More details will be shared in early 2022.
The goals of the spring conference include:
Create an opportunity for staff to choose their own opportunities in PD and contribute to capacity building of others while providing a time to highlight emerging topics as a state.
Participants will become confident in their ability to develop and deliver PYD opportunities.
Participants will develop proposals for professional proposals with the hope of delivering content to their colleagues.
Participants will participate in PD opportunities they feel are most relevant to them.
Participants will experience PD unique to their learning style, needs and career stage.
