The Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program is the premier experience for next-generation business leaders. Over what is typically a 30-to-36-month period, program participants will grow professionally and personally as they confront and solve real-world leadership challenges while traveling on the road.

In LDP, you’ll help Franchisees open brand-new Chick-fil-A restaurants and transition existing restaurants from one Franchisee to the next. You’ll travel 100% of the time for the duration of the program, discovering new places and working with people from varying backgrounds. You’ll have the opportunity to stretch yourself as a leader, step outside of your comfort zone, and build irreplaceable experiences.

While minimum eligibility requirements for the program include at least 2 years of professional experience after graduation, there are a myriad of ways to begin building your candidacy now.
