Do you want to help people? A career in public service through the federal government could be a great fit for you! Learn the opportunities available in federal government – from healthcare to engineering to writing to management, and everything in between. In this session, you will learn how to find opportunities using USAJobs, how to craft a federal resume (and how it’s different from a “normal” resume), and what to expect during the application process. Presented in collaboration with Tom Allison, the UNL campus federal advisor.

Upcoming workshops:
11/14, 1:30p - Finding Research Opportunities
12/1, 1:30p - 8 Keys to Career Development (virtual)

NOTE: These workshops are intended for current undergraduate College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) students and alumni within one year of graduation from a bachelor’s program. Staff, faculty, and students from other colleges may attend as space allows in an observational role.
