During the two-year Fellowship, our Fellows are salaried, full-time employees at startups or high-growth companies in one of our 13 cities, working in a range of roles and industries from project management, ops, sales, VC, UX, and more. During this event, you’ll hear from Brianne Alvarez, ‘21 Philadelphia Fellow about her experience working at CampusESP as an Operations Specialist where she rolls up her sleeves to dig into data and works with the management team to identify and solve problems across the company. She’ll also share about her VFA experience.
