The Venture For America Fellowship is mobilizing the next generation of entrepreneurs and equipping them with experience, training, and community to become startup leaders and founders. During the two-year Fellowship, our Fellows are salaried, full-time employees at startups or high-growth companies in one of our 13 cities, working in a range of roles and industries from project management, ops, sales, VC, UX, and more, and engaging in entrepreneurial programming.

Through VFA, Fellows find lifelong friends, an entrepreneurial community, and a network of individuals to help take their career and ambitions to the next level. In addition to hearing from Kalena (a program alumnus), our recruitment team will walk you through how Fellows find their job, common roles and industries available to Fellows, plus the programming, community, and resources. We’ll close out with a Q&A with Kalena, our recruiters and how to apply for our next deadline on Jan. 29
