Because garden plants change with the season, Horticulture allows for a substitution when it comes to entering in the State Fair. Exhibitors whose exhibits are selected for State Fair may exhibit vegetables, fruits, flowers or herbs as a substitute from any class unless it is designated as “not eligible for State Fair.”

To get your items into the 4-H database for state fair,
e-mail mdierks@sarpy.com with the following information by August 22, 2017 with 4-Hers Name, Address (including city, state and zip), Phone, e-mail, date of birth, 4-H age, Division, Class, Variety, Cultivar.
