The IRB is offering a training session on IRB protocol submissions from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center, 1505 S St., Unity Room. The goal is to help graduate students successfully submit IRB protocols for review. Register in advance at https://research.unl.edu/events/event2.php?eventID=4145 Snacks will be provided. The following is a brief summary of topics to be discussed:
- The review process, in the context of a mock protocol, and what a reviewer would look for in a project under review.
- Description of the process for submitting revisions.
- Description of where to find approved documents and requirements after IRB approval is granted.
