The “Troubleshooting Hive Health Issues” workshop is about understanding the many pests, diseases, and management issues that negatively impact colony growth and productivity. This course is meant for beekeepers with at least one year of experience. This workshop will go over how to diagnose and determine what is causing colonies to decline. We will look at factors, symptoms, and signs of varroa mites, brood diseases, queen issues, poor nutrition, and other causes of hive loss.

Cost: $40 per person, includes lecture slides, equipment catalogs, Varroa kit. $15 for additional family members. You can buy the optional physical workbook that follows the lesson plan for an additional $10 charge.
