We are striving to build a coalition that focuses on reducing and eliminating health disparities in Lincoln, especially the area in central Lincoln showing the greatest life expectancy gap on the Place Matters maps.

The purpose of the coalition is to gather, connect, and employ individual and organizational strengths to share leadership and achieve progress on coalition-determined goals.
