This 3-week program, “Mindfulness Program I: Mindful Motivation,” helps participants overcome procrastination through mindfulness. In Week 1, you’ll learn the foundations of mindfulness and motivation, including basic mindfulness techniques and recognizing procrastination triggers. Week 2 focuses on deepening your practice and building resilience with strategies for maintaining motivation and managing stress through mindful breathing and relaxation exercises. Finally, Week 3 integrates mindfulness into daily life, teaching effective time management, enhancing focus and productivity, and cultivating self-compassion to reduce self-criticism. By participating in this program, you’ll develop a supportive inner dialogue to improve your mental and emotional well-being.
