4-H members are invited to the Dodge County 4-H Market Beef Weigh Day!!
When: Sunday, February 11, 1-4pm
Where: Masonic Eastern Star Home - Barn, 2415 N Main St, Fremont, NE 68025.
Enter from Broad St/Hwy 77 - ¼ mile north of 23rd St., or ¼ mile south of 30th St.
Youth must be enrolled in 4honline and provide Premise ID at the event.

The Nebraska Department of Agriculture manages Premise IDs - contact them at 402-471-2351 with questions.
Bring animals to be weighed, tagged or tattooed. Bring a halter and rope to lead your animal across the scale.
Extension staff will have EID Tags ($3 each), taggers, ID Sheets, DNA Envelopes, and other 4-H resources on hand.
Participation at weigh day is required only if you wish to enter the Market Beef Rate of Gain Class in the Beef Show at the 2024 Dodge County Fair.
This event is a great way to get your animals tagged, ID’ed and establish a starting weight at the beginning of the year – even if you don’t plan to enter your animal at the fair!
Your animal will be weighed again during Market Beef Check-In at the Dodge County Fair. The Top 10 will receive awards and premiums.
