Calling all builders, makers, artists, shop class instructors, science educators, club leaders and nature lovers! Nebraska Wildlife Federation, Downtown Lincoln Association and the UNL Bee Lab have teamed up to educate the public about the importance of native bees, to spread the word about their docile nature, and to support these great pollinators. The wild bee house building contest will result in the installment of four winning entries on Lincoln’s 13th Street Pollinator Flyway in late spring.
