Cheri Stollar will discuss how she helps youth and families use the energy within themselves to influence their everyday experiences in powerful ways. She will share how individuals working with students and families can connect with those experiencing trauma to support them through the process using hope as a guide. Cheri uses her personal and cultural experiences combined with her training as a mental health therapist to humanize, connect with, and serve others.
