Baukje de Roos is an internationally recognized nutrition scientist having >25 years of experience in the design and delivery of dietary intervention studies. Current work focusses on developing and implementing novel and state-of-the-art interdisciplinary precision and personalized nutrition approaches to improve population and individual health, as well as identifying responders and non-responders to interventions.
