Miko Peled, an Israeli-American activist and author of “The General’s Son: Journey of an Israeli in Palestine,” will speak at the Unitarian Church of Lincoln, on Wednesday, April 11, 7 p.m.

Miko Peled will:
- Share his family history, which was among the revered founding citizens of Israel
- Describe his father’s and his belief that Palestine should never have been occupied
- Talk about the death of his niece by a suicide bomber and their subsequent outreach to Palestinians
- Share his search not for revenge but for peace and healing
- Detail the value and necessity of non-violent action
