The Meditation Interest Group will meet Thursday, Oct 11 at 1:30 p.m., at First-Plymouth Church, 20 and D street, Calvert Parlor. It lasts one hour. Enter the building at the west door. No experience is needed. We check in, have a brief teaching, sharing and meditate for 15 minutes. We are there to share and support one another.
