Member travel plans prompts a change to our usual meeting day this month. Instead of the last Thursday of the month, we will meet next Thursday, Sept. 12. The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. at Stauffer’s Cafe & Pie Shop, 5600 So. 48 St.

Items for discussion will include:

• Ft. Robinson benchs and coat-hooks project - - obtaining ash lumber & contact w/GPC staff

• Card scrapers - - their use and how to sharpen them

• Other items of interest to those in attendance
