In this interactive webinar for staff members, the UNL Student Life social team will guide you through how to use Instagram’s Tiktok-style video feature, Reels. You’ll learn:
• What it is and how it differs from other IG features like Instagram stories and IGTV
• What types of content it can be used for
• Tips & best practices

Following the presentation, we will walk you through the process step-by-step of creating your own Reel. To participate in creating a Reel, you’ll need to have a few things on hand: A smartphone logged into to your university-related or personal Instagram account and 3 other small items you use throughout your day (i.e. a pen, beverage container, notepad, laptop, glasses, etc.) During the demonstration, you’ll need an open space on your desk or table for filming.
