Student Affairs staff members are invited to join us for an open discussion around recognizing and understanding that identity is fluid and complex; that interactions between individuals are dynamic. Identity development is a long process, full of negotiations and shaped by a multiplicity of social contexts.
This session is part of the “Engage, Experience & Expand Forums,” a four-part series designed to examine intrapersonal and interpersonal growth toward being a culturally-competent community member.
Attend one or all of the sessions. Come to listen, engage, and share experiences with your colleagues. The sessions are meant to provide a forum to share perspectives and listen to others’ perspectives with the goal of growth toward being a culturally competent community member.
