Join us to celebrate the University Libraries’ donation of more than 6,000 Chinese educational materials to the Lincoln Chinese Cultural Association (LCCA) on April 8 from 11 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the second floor of Love Library North. Remarks will begin at 11:15 a.m.

The event celebrates the donation and partnership with the local community organization in support of their mission to foster cultural exchange and our mission as a land-grant University. The materials included in the 38 boxes donated cover topics such as language learning and teaching, arts, music, history, philosophy and more. Specific types of resources included textbooks, children’s books, reference tools, flashcards, dvds, and much more that the LCCA will use to support its Lincoln Chinese Academy.

Light refreshments provided, no registration necessary and all are welcome.
