September Chinese cooking class will be a free class offered for UNL students, staff and faculty, as one of the events of UNLCI’s annual Chinese Culture Festival. It will feature wonton soup and chicken fried rice, two items familiar to most people. In class, we will give instruction and demonstrations following step-by-step recipes. You are welcome to participate, to get hands-on experience and taste the food cooked in class.

REGISTRATION WILL START 2 WEEKS BEFORE CLASS.
