Increase your knowledge of international tea and all its varieties with our Tea 101 lecture and tasting in collaboration with our guest speaker Elizabeth Hefley, owner of Lincoln’s Green Leaf Tea Company.
Elizabeth is a 2004 UNL graduate with a BS in Biology, began her career in the pharmaceutical research and development field. A nature lover, she began to develop an interest in medicinal biology and Holistic healing methods. After a serious health incident, Elizabeth further dug into botanical approaches that worked in conjunction with our bodies. In 2016, she opened Green Leaf Tea Company, after seeing the need in Lincoln to provide high quality teas and infusions along with educational resources.

Throughout the presentation, sip along as you experience a variety of gourmet teas from regions around the world. At the conclusion of the presentation, there will also be a special tasting of bubble tea! Sign up for your seat today! RSVP online at goo.gl/DsB6R until November 10.
