Day 1 of a five-day event. The Nonprofit in Residence program enables UNL students to have volunteer and career conversations with nonprofits. Students can learn about industries, internships, and volunteer positions.

ABOUT NEIGHBORHOODWORKS LINCOLN
NeighborWorks Lincoln revitalizes neighborhoods and supports homeownership, keeping Lincoln a safe and prosperous community. We encourage better neighborhoods by: Empowering strong resident leadership through collaboration with city department and community partners; Facilitating sustainable homeownership through homebuyer education and assistance; and developing desirable housing for economically diverse clientele in Lincoln’s core neighborhoods.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
Projects will include litter clean-up, graffiti clean-up, landscaping, planting trees, mural painting, block parties, voter registration, mulching, and yard maintenance. These volunteer opportunities will be available throughout the year and projects can be tailored to fit any individual or group
