Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that uses controlled movements to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and center the mind. The six Pilates principles are at the forefront of each movement throughout class: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.

FREE for UNL students. Students must present their NCard.
