Make mealtimes easier with a meal kit from the Wellness Kitchen on select Mondays. Each four-serving meal kit includes a recipe card and pre-portioned ingredients, everything you need to quickly whip up a delicious dinner.
May 6 entrée choices:
• Tunisian Harissa Chicken & Veggies
• Mongolian Turkey, Rice, & Veggie Bowls
• Vegetarian Gumbo
Kits will be ready for pick-up from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the assigned Monday at the Wellness Kitchen inside the Rec and Wellness Center on east campus.
