The Larrick/Whitmore Graduate Student Travel Grants Program, granted on a competitive basis, provides funding for graduate student travel expense for those students who are personally presenting the results of their research and/or scholarly activity. In accordance with the donor’s instructions, the Whitmore funds will support graduate student travel to professional society meetings in the fields of Animal Science, Agricultural Leadership, Education & Communication and Veterinary & Biomedical Sciences and the Larrick funds will support all other fields related to agricultural research.
Application deadlines for receipt in the ARD office are as follows (applications are sent from the student’s Department)

Suggested for travel February or after is January 8
Suggested for travel June and after is April 30
Suggested for travel October and after is September 10
