Prescott Gallery is pleased to announce its inaugural exhibition “Material Presence: Selections from the UNL MFA Program” featuring a selection of artwork by University of Nebraska–Lincoln master of fine arts graduate students. The exhibition showcases a variety of material investigations from the hand-worked to the digital by artists chosen as representative of the areas of concentration in the UNL MFA program. Each work in the show draws attention to materiality through form, subject, process, and—quite literally—the material used.

The exhibition opens on Saturday, November 8, 2014, with a public reception from 5:00–7:00 pm. The exhibition continues through January 30, 2015. Hours are by appointment.
