Nebraska Extension Chemigation Training
If you plan to chemigate during 2020, you need to attend a training session and pass a written test to become recertified. Requirements for initial and recertification are the same, however, those who need to be recertified may opt for the online version of the training program. A link to the online training program along with directions can be accessed at the bottom of the page at: http://water.unl.edu/cropswater/chemigation
Two training sessions will be held in Alliance Thursday, February 6 at 8:30 a.m. or 1 p.m. The Extension Office meeting room holds a maximum of 30 people per session. The first 30 to RSVP for each session will be given priority for that session. Please call the Box Butte County Extension Office at 308.762.5616 to RSVP for the training you will attend. On the day of the training session, please bring No. 2 pencil and a calculator along to use during the training and test. Training and testing will take approximately 2-3 hours.
There is no charge for the training or the manuals.
