During Setsubun, roll food, typically sushi, is indicative of good luck. Each person then eats the roll whole, to ensure good luck for the whole year!
In honor of this tradition, Kawasaki Reading Room will be holding a multicultural roll food making celebration! RSVP to join us in making burritos, sushi and crepes. Each attendee will have a chance to make one of each item. Afterwards, everyone will gather to eat their favorite item.
