Location: Cass County Extension Office meeting room and fairgrounds poultry barn
Description: Come and learn how to judge production poultry. Youth will learn how to judge hens for productivity, broiler carcasses, and how to grade eggs. Youth will also be able to participate in the Premier Animal Science Event (PASE) in Lincoln at the end of June. This workshop will require a commitment for four Fridays in June. Only open to youth ages 10-18.
