The Central Plains Research Data Center (RDC) at UNL is pleased to announce its lineup of presentations for the 2016 fall semester. Researchers interested in learning more about how to access restricted federal data sets can attend an introductory session providing a summary of various data sets by topic, or attend a session on how to get started on developing an RDC project.
John Anderson, professor of economics and executive director of the RDC, will present the topical sessions and Veronica Roth, Census Administrator, will present the sessions on how to get projects started in the RDC for researchers with specific proposal ideas.
Example data sets covered:
• American Community Survey (ACS)
• Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP)
• National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS)
