Employer Information: Whitehead Oil Company was established in 1959 by M.E. “Bus” Whitehead. Bus stood 6’9’’ and was an All-Conference Center for the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers and an AAU All-American for league powerhouse Phillips 66ers.
Whitehead Oil Company is a second-generation, family-owned and operated supplier of quality Phillips 66 fuel and petroleum products. Southeastern Nebraska has depended on the professional team at Whitehead Oil Company to provide a quality product with efficient, on-time delivery and outstanding customer care for over 70 years.
Today, WOC operates using a House of Brands strategy and is home to numerous brands, each independent of one another and each with its own marketing, look, and feel.
Whitehead Oil Company identified they are interested in the following majors: Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing
The Employer in Residence program enables business students to have career conversations with employers. Students can learn about industries, internships, and full-time positions. A different employer is featured each day throughout the academic year.
