This summer the 8th annual Sybouts student research seminar will focus on “Opening the Door to Educational Research.” The seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m., June 21, 2018 at Henzlik 124 on City Campus. The goal of the Sybouts seminar is for students and staff to come together to learn, present and understand what is going on in the educational research community.

Cailen O’Shea, graduate student researcher in the Educational Administrative Department, is coordinating this year’s event. “I want this seminar to act as a conduit between research and practice in education,” she said. “Researchers and practitioners both offer sizeable contributions to the field. I want this seminar to reflect that.”

The seminar is open to all those who would like to attend. It promises to be a great day of learning and reflection. If you have any questions, please direct them to O’Shea at coshea2@unl.edu.
