Nebraska Extension is excited to offer Annie’s Project in Rushville. Annie’s Project empowers ranch women to be better business partners through networks and by managing and organizing critical information.
The six-week course is designed especially for ranch women to help them develop their management and decision-making skills for their cattle operations. Sessions include brief presentations, hands on learning projects and discussions focused on the participants’ questions. Annie’s Project gives ranch women the opportunity to learn from agricultural professionals and network with other women in similar situations.
Annie’s Project Rushville meets from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 23, March 1, March 8, March 15, March 22, and March 29. Classes will be held at the Sheridan County Extension Office.
Participants will receive handouts, and an Annie’s Project portfolio and a light dinner at each meeting. Course size is limited. Participants who register before Feb. 9, the cost is $75 ($90 after Feb. 9). Register Online at regonline.com/anniesproject2016 or call 308-327-2312.
Annie’s Project is being funded by a grant from the USDA Risk Management Agency and a sponsorship from Farm Credit Services of America.
