This session will be a meeting to support UNL’s African and African-American students. During this session:
• Participants will learn about health disparities for the African and African-American community and gain knowledge of the resources available to them at UNL and within the community.
• Participants will increase their awareness of racial trauma and how it can significantly impact their psychological/mental, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies (The Four Bodies) negatively.
• Participants will learn strategies for coping holistically within the each of The Four Bodies.
